One of our newest metal processing machines we have in our workshop is our double miter saw, which allows us to cut at complex angles whilst ensuring the highest accuracy. With a large capacity bed and jaws this allows to work with material up to 335mm wide.
CNC folding is one of our key services and we have access to the latest multi-programmable brake presses at a 3 meter capacity meaning we can offer a complete CNC folding, bending & sheet metal fabrication service.
Also in our workshop is our cold cut saw, which gives us the ability to cut up to 100mm steel sections. We use this alongside our top of the range measuring table, allowing us to carry out high accuracy measuring and cutting.
Our drilling services include, drilling, tapping and rotabroaching. All of which can either be carried out within our workshop, or on-site.
Laser cutting sheet materials to almost any shape, no matter how complex, can be achieved to high degree of accuracy utilising state of the art laser cutting techniques.
With our in-house Design and CAD facilities, we can process drawings in all formats from DXF, DWG and STEP files.
